Franky and his crew were excellent! They were hard working and knowledgeable. They came to replace our home's sewer line and did a great job. Franky was very communicative, thorough, and took a lot of pride in his work. He was a pleasure to work with and fairly priced. We will not hesitate to use his services again in the future. I had a toilet backup that flooded out multiple rooms in my house. Frankie came out in a timely manner to unclog my main line. He inspected my sewer line and noticed it was in bad shape. He gave me a reasonable price for an epoxy liner. Great service. I would definitely recommend using New Era Rooter!
First off Frankie was very responsive to our problem my tenants called us that both toilets and shower were backing up into multiple area. We called Frankie and he was there within a hour he cleared the mainline and camera the line and we found roots he gave us a very reasonable price to liner the main line so we don't have this issue again

I strongly recommend this plumbing company..I had a overflowing toilet, along with a busted pipe. Frankie came out a half hour later, fix the problems,& at a reasonable price!! I recently hired New Era Rooter to replace the sewer underneath my home, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their work. First of all the technician showed up with his helper around 8am after I called around 7:15am about my sewer being clogged up. Showed up and troubleshot our pipes. Found the problem and within the hour our pipes were clear of any stoppage. Also did spot check of our sink in the kitchen. They made sure we were good to go. Highly recommended company. Very professional

After having continuous backup’s at my house and having it snaked well over a handful of times and hydrojetted twice over the past 2 years I figured it’s costing me more over time to maintain it than to actually bite the bullet and get a permanent fix. I got various quotes and new era rooter definitely had the best offer for the scope of work that was included in the contract. Frank was by far the most efficient after having different plumbing companies come out it almost feels as if they have no urgency in getting our service up and going but him and his coworker were non stop. Before i knew it I heard a knock at my door and I immediately thought oh great here comes the we have a problem notice but it was actually to ask me to run my water and flush the toilets to check for leaks as they had already connected the cleanouts and eliminated the section that was compromised with roots . I let out a sigh of relief as i could see the light at the end of the tunnel…. Have had zero issues since then and knock on wood I hope it stays that way.
My family and I came home from groceries and found a splash pad in our home, I found new era on google. Gave Mr. Francisco a call, he came immediately and fix the plumbing issue. Was very patient with all our questions, and even referred us to a restoration company. I’m glad I found Francisco! Highly Recommended!
New Era Rooter is hands down a very professional company. On time with their appointment. They did a bathroom breakup and upgraded our old cast iron pipes. We now have abs pipes and I heard that is the best. Great work on time and reliable. Definitely using them for any of our plumbing needs
